The arc-shaped pavement envelops Mt. Rokko itself and the park grounds.
In front of the base of the arc there is a large grassy area on what was previously gravel .
Further up the mountain, a small, pot-shaped plaza surrounded by grass was created, which was determined on site by pulling ropes. The aim is to create a space surrounded by grass that can be used by small groups.
Nineteen species of herbaceous seedlings were collected from the Rokko Mountains in 2019, processed for sowing, and grown, and then planted in the spring of 2021 (this was our first herbaceous seed project).
Since it is autumn, we were able to see flowers such as yomena, white daisy, bulbul flower, weeping laurel, angelica tree, autumn goldenrod, and Yoshino thistle.
The overgrowth of Japanese knotweed, mugwort, polygonum adze, and Japanese knotweed, which have been introduced from the surrounding areas, is noticeable, and further observation is required.
